Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally non refundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of  payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit  card. 

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation 

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to  continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please  notify us immediately. 

Goods Sold Refund Policy

For any questions or comments regarding this Refund Policy, you can contact us here.

Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:

  • Customers must return the item in its original packaging.

  • The item must be returned with its original receipt or proof of payment.

 

If the above conditions are not met, New Experience reserves the right to reject return and refund.

In case of an approved return, New Experience will pay shipping by providing a shipping label or refunding the additional cost of the shipping to Customer.

Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items.

Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied.

Customers must contact us prior to the start of the refund and return process.
